Hospitality experts F3 were looking for innovative ways to upgrade the Etihad Stadium experience. On behalf of Manchester City Football Club (MCFC) they were looking to increase fan satisfaction and spend per supporter.

FinGo was launched at Joe’s Bar East – an exclusive sports bar for MCFC season ticket holders – providing a simple payment method across food and beverage purchases. The scheme also provided detailed information on customer purchases, helping F3 and MCFC to uncover insights to feed into wider membership and loyalty programmes.
