Making it easier for students to pay for food and drink.
FinGo partnered with payments company Nets and Copenhagen Business School to trial our vein mapping technology at the Spisestuerne self-serve canteen on campus.
When FinGo launched, students could pay for food and drink with their finger at any of the 36 self-serve payment tills, with the majority finding this new system simpler to use.
During the trial, feedback was used to develop a new platform exclusively for CBS students, which was more intuitive and easier to use.
Results
- 97% students had a positive or very positive experience
- Over 25,000 payments made with FinGo
- 86% of users made payments with FinGo more than once
